Use a hair dryer to heat up the emblem. Use a plastic body filler applicator to get a corner started and it should just peel off.
I don't know if you'll be able to save the emblems though. When you warm them up and start pulling them off, they stretch.

There is a rubber wheel you can get that will take the residue off the paint without scratching.
