I guess 440 has the intake and the dist too. If not, will need the right ones on this miscelaneous

Thanks for the quick confirmation of what I thought. I'm located in Brick, N.J., near the beach at Point Pleasant.
Only potential will be the exhaust system if you have an H or X pipe , the 440 is wider and the manifolds are about 3/4" higher up .
