yeah the 3:55's from the 2:76's will b a good ch but how much taller are the new tires going to B?.

Not that much, his 225/70/14 calculate to 26.4"

Sounds pretty good If the suspension is pretty soft you may want to upgrade the torsion bars. I have the Mopar 0.96" bars and they made a big improvement in the handling. I just did a search, and don't see the 1.00" and larger Mopar torsion bars listed anywhere? Have they be discontinued?
