How in the kahootince do you get them off. I see the black clip that goes around the shaft and then folded into the handle. Whats the trick??

The tool is long obselete.I saw them on Ebay a few times. They go for some major $$$.I made one for my kids 62 and my 57.The clip is actually like a spring. The reg stub is square and has notches in it.I took an old screwdriver and bent the end a bit.Smoothed it down so it didnt gouge the panel. Then you have to get it under the clip where its not held into the handle.Pull it sideways a bit and press it.My kid driled his handles and shafts and installed button allens when he got them off.He didnt reuse the clips. They are a real pain to get off.Rocky
