my sons friend has a analyzer and is going to check the codes for me monday. if the plugs should have been changed at 32,000 I guess that at 84,000 that will probably be the problem

Plugs are standard copper type with recommended replacement at 32k. They will last longer than that but at 60+k its time for plugs. My '06 is coil on plug so wires aren't an issue. Not sure on the '05.
I'd replace the plugs and get the code read - Autozone or others can do it for free. If the code is "misfire" or something like that its probably the plugs.
Dang, Sounds like I'm due to change my plugs in the 03, I'm up to 104,000 miles....

No scanner needed, just turn the key from off to run three times, leave it in run the third time and the code will show up on the cluster (where the odometer is). You'll see some dotted lines, then the code(s), and then "done". There are only 8 plug wires. The remaining 8 plugs have the coil sitting right on top of them. Some of them will miss at 60k, others will go past 100k and run exactly the same, but they're supposed to be changed every 32k as said above. Good luck with it

EDIT: I found this on line P 0315= NO CRANK SENSOR LEARNED P 0300= MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE so I guess I got my moneys worth out of those plugs I'll do better maintenance on it from now on
