Anything particular to note about the way they stick through the trim ring or anything different to be concerned about. Also what lugnuts would be considered correct? Thanks

I checked an original wheel and tire combo......The rubber valve stem is the short style - 1-1/4" from wheel face to top of stem with no cap installed. I think there were 2 or 3 lengths of valve stem extenders available.....need to see if I have any originals to tell you what length for them.
