This is a quote from the MSD manual.. "The ignition control can be mounted in most positions except upside down." Has anyone ever mounted it upside down? I wanted to put it under my battery tray.

My 6AL has been mounted upside down for 6 years or so w/ no issues. It is in the glovebox though, so it never sees moisture.
