I'm curious if anyone has a good pictre showing how much clearance (if any) is required to clear a stroker kit in a 340 block? A steel rod Eagle setup is what I'm thinking. Any help is appreciated.
Eagle SIR rods= no clearancing except the oil pump (IIRC) and Milodon windage tray louvers on my pump gas 416. A stronger setup with no cyl. wall notching was a buddy's 408 with SCAT I-beams. My 416 race setup with K1 H-beams required maybe a pinky-fingertip notch in the opposing wall, and a little on the oil pump (which requires grinding with main studs/nuts anyway). RB

I wont know till tomorrow if it clears... I get the crank back then and can start mocking things up... then I'll take the crank back for balancing if it all works out as planned
