Is that the same car that Sonny Ray ( David Rampys father-in-law ) drove for awhile? Boginas car has always been one of my favorite Mopar S/S ers. I don`t know how many of you remember but back in the late 70s Car Craft went to a couple of different cities and did articles/ and took pictures of bad street race/machines that were wandering the streets. When they went to Detroit they had Jack Rouchs Mustang 2 with a big Ford motor and I`ll never forget a big block Duster gassing up and a 72? Cuda with the torsion bars twisted up, a big Milodon pan hanging down, a big scoop, Centerline wheels, and big tires out the rear, Man did it look mean!!!

Well, I never say never. Strange memories from people researching these cars. It was a long time ago but I got my info from Terry Earwood and Warren Barnett at Indy when Terry inspected the car in 2009. Also a cuda (this one?) that Barnett and Earwood cut the hardtop off and made a convert. Info also from Warren and Terry. I will talking with Terry this week and I will check on the datails. Man I love this stuff!!!!!! I have some pics of the Jerry Hurley/Sonny Ray Cuda somewhere. Sonny may have driven the Collins & Jones car also. The Jerry Hurley car was a hardtop.
