Assuming Dodge and Plymouth are the same here's an old thread with a good picture of the mounting;

What about the relay in the first pic? Where does that go?

My February '70 LA assembled GTX has horns w/bolt on brackets.

In '69 the relay bolts to the core support between the two horns - mine is missing , but I don't see were it is supposed to be?

My car is so botched up it had a '69 style regulator and engine harness, going to buy a '70 6V harness for it in time but in this picture the wires are coming from beneath the washer bottle, is the relay not under there then too?

70 B-Bodys did not have the relay mounted on the core support or even in the engine compartment they had the horn relay mounted under the dash. It is a pretty unique piece. I will try to get pictures if no one else has them.

Cool, my dash is apart so I can check easily to see if I actually have the right item. The pic below is the part that I do have but my car was a basket case so it might not be right.

Jeff/Alan, I stole this picture from E-bay so I didn't have to crawl under the dash of my car. But this is the correct 70 horn relay. It would be mounted under the dash just to the left of the column on the lip.

OK Scott thanks. I can see the wires and connectors that much plug onto that item hanging under my dash. Will add it to my list of items to acquire.
