i had an A.M. ladder bar kit with panhard bar in the '68 Dart for over 15 years. other than the top of the panhard bar bracket that is welded to the rearend making a dent in the trunk floor from bottoming out a few times because i like the car to sit low  ...i had zero problems you should go with some better shocks/springs....PM sent

Nothing wrong with the ladderbars, still working great for me after fourteen years. You should consider better shocks though, and any setup should have all the brackets boxed in for lateral strength.

I have this kit in my Turbo Buick. Don't install the panhard bar like the picture. My bar was re-attached from the front bracket to the opposite rear bracket on the rear. If it is attached to the ladder bar tube as pictured, it will twist and fatigue the bar and eventually fail. My application was a heavy street car.
