Awesome build ! It is great fun when you have the facility (sure looks like you do) and have the time to customize things like you are doing. It sure has made my project fun. Ever stop to think how much you would have to charge someone to do this? I could not do the weld thru primer...just could not get a decent weld. I am curious about your color, did you tint your primer that yellow color? Did you do that because you are going to paint the car a yellow color, or is it just some type of primer that happens to be that color? I love the creativity, can't wait to see the finished project.

After I get everything set right I will weld the H- pipe but leave the rest. If I want to change something later it would be easier. The 3 inch pipes would match the 2 inch primary tubes on my headers any less diameter would take cost me Torque and HP

Great Build . Do you have any pics of what you had to do to the floor to make those front seats fit?

I bought of Procar Elite seats from Summit. They have the bases and the sliders that bolt to the stock hole location. The price was reasonable too.

I love how you did the dash, however...{sorry}..Would it have been better having the 4 smaller gauges angled a little bit, to the left. It looks like they may be kinda hard to see from the seat..It may be the angle of your pics and I'm sorry for criticizing if thats what it is. Also, do you plan on putting the light/wiper switches in the stock location?? Loving this build.
Its probably the angle of the pictures. Its better the way its set. I looked at it both ways, and with me sitting in the seat this is the best set up on the gauge arrangment.Although I will be using different switches ,I plan on putting them in the stock location , maybe sme LED indicator lights. Thank you for your comments.

They weren't just a few $$$, I bet.. I like those. .Interesting with the gas shock. So you are using a steel hood. I suppose if one was using 'glass, the shocks can come off okay? Ouch.. just looked them up..Although SWEET looking, I think I can pass them by...

When you decide to quit, THAT is the moment when you would've succeeded..

Yeah they require quite a bit of hand work but in the end I think it would be worth it for this car. He is working on billet Aluminum trunk hinges with gas springs also, here is the link to the hinges http://www.thebillethouse.com/70-74-e-body-hood-hinge/
