probably under teh dash, pointing down at the carpet somewhere around the steering column...that's where it is on my 98, although it's OBDII, I don't see why they plug locations would change...

There were a bunch of different procedures for resetting the maint light. Some had a switch some a battery had to be replaced. You need to find out thru All Data or Mitchells etc how to reset it.Rocky

I have an actron scanner. What needed to be done with the snap on scanner to reset it? I can reset/clear the codes but not the maintanence light....
I had to do a friend's Ram truck too, and can't remember the exact process. It was not in the data and codes menu, it was in a separate area.

90 I believe was a battery replace. They used probally 4 or 5 different setups in those years.I do remember some had a switch ubder the dash that needed flipped and some had a button that needed pushed in.Its in All Data how to reset.Id do a Google search and see what it says.Rocky
