If this post should go somewhere else let me know.

A buddy is putting the final touches on his new Hemi stroker and is looking for a 4bbl carburetor recommendation. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Below are the specs for the motor:

528 Hemi
10.2 to 1 commpression
568 lift intake
550 lift exhaust
256/256 duration at 50
110 lobe seperation angle
4.5 bore
4.150 stroke

So, what do you think????

BTW, the Challenger that is getting the hemi is a 5-speed with a 4.10 Dana.

Thanks!!!

I would use the Holley hp 1000 with annular boosters . or any brand with annular boosters because they have great throttle response.

Stage V intake with 2 Quick Fuel Aluminum HP type Main body VS 750 with Annulars in the primary side only. They do not list them but they will make them right up for you

My Eddy headed 500" wedge with 260* cam does real well with a 1050 Dom. You have more displacement, similar cam and better (Hemi) heads. I can't believe you would need less carb than me. Going from a 950 to this Dom, netted me over 1 mph in the 1/8. And the throttle response on the street is fantastic. Ask the carb builders what the different costs would be between the 4150 style and a Dominator.

Master, again and still

My 528 Hemi is pretty close to yours in specs. I run an 850 mighty demon on mine, but found it was limiting on the dyno. By 5000prm, the 850 is starting to choke the motor.
