Is the motor original to the car ? That is to say, check to be sure the crank is drilled for the pilot bushing.

you have an automatic engine...mopar didnt finish drill the auto cranks...napa makes a special pilot bushing, and you have to cut about 1/2 in off the snout of the input...then it bolts right together
