BigDaddy440 super stock Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 707 California	This picture isn't too old, but the Cuda was owned by Dave Schmitz and my Dad's very good friend, Gary Sutton who raced the car for years. I have some memories of this car in "Uncle Gary's" garage. They'd fire up the Hemi (later to be a 440 car) and I'd run my 5 year old butt in the house. Gary won the 1992 Winter Nationals in the B/SA class after many years of racing the car. More recently the 70 Cuda was in Modesto with Dave Schmitz for a while, and I believe it is now over seas in Northern Europe. 1969 A12 Roadrunner 1970 Plymouth Cuda 1968 Dodge Dart

rickstershemi master Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 9,366 Lehigh Acres, Florida	WOW....very cool thread and some very cool cars....I also love the old school memories, here's a few of mine: First would be a non-mopar 64 furd falcon with a 69 boss 302 4-speed drivetrain swapped from an insurance total purchase of $300 can you belive that .... Ran at NED when it was NHRA, I'm sure some remember Second would be a 72 Challenger bracket 340 that ran at both NED & Bradenton, this is another one that I built from the ground up....wish I still had it, but don't we all Third my old baby and still jonesing for another runner: Fourth a mild 440 8.50 150mph altered that was a blast and a huge step up from the 11's and 20 years later the supergas corvette and all the electronics I never ran before which was a huge learning curve and a blast... Now to the street build 64 valiant 408 stroker 4-speed.....in progress: Rickster
