Are 1" torsion bars too big for 340 A body street car {with no sway bar} yet ? I would have prefered .92 but the prices are crazy.. found 1" bars for $200 at Just Suspensions .

what size rims and tires are you running? sidewall height and stiffness are important to know in determining appropriate spring rates.

they will be firm but not hard and stiff. i think you'll like them.
