Ok if its a dumb question I'm sorry, but its been a long time since , I built a mopar car. The question is several folds. The car has a 318 auto in it. If I change it to a 383 or 440 are the brackets alternater water pumps starter and so on from the 318 useable on the 383/440? Last dumb question is. Can the auto trans from the 65 dodge Cornet 318 be used on the 383/440 ?

Engine mount brackets are different too, but the K member will work.

If it has power steering, the pump bracket is different, only year for that bracket I think. The pump is the same. You will want to change torsion bars also. rbd

steel engine mounts are not the same small block to big block in 63-65. I believe one of them is close but the other side is WAAAAAAAY different ... the rubber mounts are the same

B-body 1963-1964-1965 B-bodies use the same rubber motor mount insulators, regardless of engine....273-318-361-383-413-426W also use the same V8 k-frame....all you need to go big block is a set of the proper steel engine mounting brackets that fit big block, pictured here. exact duplicates of factory mounts....made in Wisconsin.

Joe is right. The engine brackets are different as is almost everything else. If you really want to change from the old reliable poly 318, you may want to consider a later model LA engine. Less weight, less work, fewer dollars, same trans.
