Engine mounts should be the same in 65.I have a SB set in the garage.They are identical to the ones on my 440.Rocky

steel engine mounts are not the same small block to big block in 63-65. I believe one of them is close but the other side is WAAAAAAAY different ... the rubber mounts are the same

Joe is right. The engine brackets are different as is almost everything else. If you really want to change from the old reliable poly 318, you may want to consider a later model LA engine. Less weight, less work, fewer dollars, same trans.
