can someone help me out as to the location of where the hood pin stud goes?i'm talking about the hole that i need to drill on the fender bracket.It is for a 69 383 superbee.thanks for your help

The holes in my '72 Charger were there in the fender bracket. You can see it at the center-bottom of the picture. Sorry I never took a picture after installing them in a clean engine compartment.

Here you can see where they turned out in the hood. This may not help at all with your '69 but there's not too many questions I can answer, with confidence, on this forum. So I like to help where I can.

yes, and provisions are there.
on my 74 charger just did need to cut the outer skin, not even the bottom frame of the hood. ( except for bezel screws ).
I think you should find easilly the hole already there for the stud
You'll find even the wire screw provision

Just remove the inner bolt for the core support, and that is the hole the factory used for the hood pin.
