anlauto OP I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 11,854 Georgetown Ontario Canada	1970 Plymouth B Body On the lower section of the rear seat (2dr) there are plastic seat belt retainers screwed onto the bottom of the seat. What colour should these plastic pieces be if the car has white seats? Should they be white or the more common black? *CHECK OUT MY NEW WEB SITE !*

Also, I think these were only used in 70 on cars equipped with the deluxe seat belt option. Do not believe they came with the standard belts. 70 Road Runner 383-4 4 speed FJ5 & black guts 70 Charger R/T 440-4 4 speed FJ5 & white guts

My '68-'69 Decor Roadrunners (Satellite interior) had them in the same color as the seats & belts, which all matched, EXCEPT my white interior car, which had black belts, and black mounting clips.

Not a single one had the belt clips, all had the standard belts as well. Those clips are either part of the deluxe seat-belt package or add ons.

I have owned 6 or 7 70 B bodies and have yet to find these clips. I am leaning toward deluxe seat belt option or not available in 70 as well. I would like to know more as I intend to put the deluxe seat belts in a 70 Charger I am restoring. 70 Road Runner 383-4 4 speed FJ5 & black guts 70 Charger R/T 440-4 4 speed FJ5 & white guts

But i do have them in the 69 Dart if that is any help.. They are also in a friends 68 Runner. Never seen them in a 70. Bruce

Here's a 70 RR convertible with deluxe seatbelts (C15 on the windowsticker) with no clips...but, he has 'restored' the interior, but but, don't know why he wouldn't have put them back on My P6KW white seats did not have them (std belts) 6198526-REARSEAT.jpg (25 downloads)
