so practically on center on dash ? but on dash pad or dash frame ?
sorry, I'm not in A bodies, just asking to a buddy with a swinger. we found does have the map light switch don the dash frame, but can't find a map light around

THe idea was to have the passenger read the map while the driver kept his eyes on the road and to keep the light from interfering with the drivers night sight.

I have to agree with Richard on this one. It was a good placement. I have thought about adding a second one on the drivers side but it is a bright light.

and what about if you don't have a passenger on car ? LOL
I love the B body locations... 70s above the cluster and 60s above the Radio
