I've got a big leak, the drivers side fresh air vent down by my feet leaks badly. It just pours when the vent door is open I can look up the vent and see daylight. Is there a plugged up drainage channel somewhere?

The cowl end vents are probably plugged. Small 1 1/2 inch wedge shaped drains on each side of upper cowl. Never tried to clear them with fenders in place, but there has to be a way.

There are inspection covers in both fenders
that can be unsrewed to access that area.

Other than that it might take removing the
fresh air vent to gain access.

If the drain holes do not solve you problems. Check the dam. It circles the entrance to vent. They are sometimes corroded or the leaves and dirt are built up as high as the dam.

I just went through this with my '71 Dart. The cowl drains on both sides were plugged with leaves and junk. The passenger side was plugged with a hornet's nest.
I ended up drilling a 1/2" hole in the firewall and used high pressure water to blow the nest out of there. I plugged the hole with a metal plug.
Yes, water poured into the passenger compartment until I got that nest out of there.
Fortunately, my shop vac got all the water out.

I drilled a hole in the cowl in my Duster in high school also. short of that, a coat hanger and compressed air or high pressure water. With no screens in the cowl vent, it doesn't take long at all parked under a tree before all kinds of junk gets trapped down there and starts turning back into dirt. I've had good success with a coat hanger stuck up into the drains fishing around (with the fenders on) while a garden hose runs down into the cowl vent, it will take a while, but you'll get alot out. If you take the fresh air vent off, or otherwise stick you hand up there from the bottom... beware of sharp edges, they never intended hands to be in there!

Hopefully the ring around the top of the cowl vent hole isn't rusted out. It's a pretty common issue on cars that have sat under trees.

Thanks for the tips fellas Got her unplugged and also found a couple leaks behind the kick panels where all the sheetmetal comes together.
