I'm going to start looking for an 833 for my '67 Belvedere (it currently has 3-on-the-tree). Am I correct in thinking that any b/e-body trans will work, or will only certain years fit? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, John. So if I understand, with a '70-up trans, I'd need a trans crossmember for a '70-up car?

No not really, an automatic crossmember for a 66-69 B body is what you need with a 70-74 B/E. Starting in '70 the automatic and 4 speed used the same crossmember.
