PAINT IT BLACK OP Got a CHIP on my shoulder Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 7,647 Houston Texas	This plastic tube was electrical taped around the collapsible portion of my steering column tube for the '70 B. Is this plastic even supposed to be here? How is it supposed to be affixed? Anyone got a pic?
