hp340nos OP pro stock Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,365 elmira ny	what are you guys running for spark plugs in your 340 strokers?i have a pump gas 340 4" 418 cid, 9.7 comp.solid roller.246dur@.050,.580 lift,x-heads ported/polished.msd6al with blaster2 coil.looking for what brand,heat range and gap.thanks mike

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Cab_Burge I Win C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 43,185 Bend,OR USA	Quote: what about the 5/8 socket plug say a autolite 3923 or a 3924??thanks mike Those will probally work also, I'm not familar with the heat range on either one of those plugs so I have used the autolite 3911 and 3910 in my BB stroker with Edlebrock aluminum heads as well as the Champion RC12YC and RC9YC with good results I think the stock 340 plugs where RN9Y or N9Y before Champion changed the center ground electrode to copper hence the RN9YC and N9YC now. The RC9YC is the 5/8 plug with the same thread depth, size and heat range as the RN9YC for the iron SB heads Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
