well 9i blew a driveshaft out and it wiped my sprag on my 69 long shaft non lockup tranny, now i have a 71 lockup tranny, can i take all of the guts out of the non and put them in the lockup case? the case and everything is the same right besides the imput shaft and pump? i know the valve bodys are diffrent but they are the same bolt in and ports right? so my full manual body will bolt into it?

any help would be great

You can swap the '69 guts into the lockup case but don't mix parts, the lockup output shaft has different front planetary splines than the '69.
