I had that very spacer a few years ago, nice piece, but it didnt do anything for me.
that said, every combo is different, you probably know that spacer might make a bit more torque, compared to your open that might help up top more, just depends on what you are looking for.
It was a very nice piece, sold it at Norwalk to somebody several years ago.

i'm not sure about the wilson unit. i recently bought one of these penolic tapered spacers. it's a lot cheaper than the others. i wanted something to isolate the carb from the manifold & this fitted the bill plus it looked like it might do more than just be an isolator.
I like those, I wonder if they would have any positive benefits on a tunnel ram setup...??????

I have used a Wilson version one time it didnt help out for what I wanted... I have found that if you need the velocity the standard 4 hole works fine(low end torque) if you need the plenum volume the standard open works fine(top end HP) and no need for the fancy trick stuff.... JMO

I run one on a 408 with a victor 340 open plenum single plane. Kinda splitin hairs, but it looks like it improved my 60 foots by about .007 when I averaged a few of time slips.

Ryan, I meant the green one that is posted. Wondering if putting the taper in the plenum will make a difference?
Sorry for the confusion, have not seen that design for sale, but yes they almost always make "some" difference. I have never put a tapered Spacer, whether it be an HVH or a Wilson on motor on dyno & not have it do SOMETHING positive.. gains like 15HP are rare. Normally you see 4-6 TQ/HP. Maybe 8-10 sometimes....
