Hi, Does anybody know if the valves are a different size on the 360 magnum head compared to the 318 magnum head??? I know the regular syle heads are different and i know a lot about the old 318 and 360s but dont know about the 90's 318s and 360s. thanks Kevin

However the aftermarket heads like EQs, Pro-Topline and mppar aluminum mags have 1.625 seats. David

yeah mine were brand new stockers & if I had to do it over again(& I probably will) I would have used .100" longer chebby valves(they're cheap enough).

very common problem from what people post. The ex is listed as 1.625" & I read that the seat is slightly smaller than that on them so I bought a single 1.6" chebby valve & my head man said perfect fit(reamed the guides to 11/32").
Are the crack visable all do you need to get them magnafluxed???

& I was wondering also about having a head pressure checked which my machine shop is equipped to do.I would NOT like to sink a bunch of time/money into a set & find out later that's there's a problem. Might be overkill but peace of mind to me is priceless.
