Has anyone seen modern bucket seats put in the 3rd gen. Chargers? I am talking with power controls as well.

Since I own a 66 and a 69, I figured 72 was modern.

Buddy, power seats weigh a ton, trust me when I say you want manual seats. I've got a pic of another members roadrunner. He put in reupholstered 80's Charger seats, they look good. But if you want something you can drop in, good luck finding something the right color that actually suits your car. I've heard a few people having luck with the avenger/sebring 2dr seats. Power, integrated shoulder strap, etc.

FWIW, I had 86 Daytona lumbar seats (mounted on the 73 tracks) in my 73 Satellite. After I while the (bun) bolsters became irritating (side of seat cushion) and I ended up removing them and putting the originals back in. So I guess what I am saying is keep the originals just in case...

I think Pro-Scat seats are used a lot in clasic cars. Google them...
If you look at that link above to the old thread, you can see the Pro-Car seats (by Scat) I used..

Here are 2005 Lincoln LS with a gazillion controls including heat. They are in my 66 Coronet. I had to fabricate new brackets and rewire the drivers side to work without the memory switches.
