There are several threads going asking the same thing about 68-69 Roadrunners/GTX, I believe 70 Roadrunner would be the same. There is slight differences in quarter panels between Dodge and Plymouth that effect the rim offset, what fits in the Dodge is not exactly the same for Plymouth. This is what I found between my 68 RR and my buddies 70 Charger.

I think this info is in the Archive section.
IIRC, backspacing for a 10" wheel on '68-'70 Plymouth B bodies needs to be more like 5.5"; I have 15x8s on mine with 4.5" BS and it sure seems like the difference would need to be split an inch each side to fit a 10.

My wheels are 10" with 5.5" backspacing, I doubt if 4.5" backspacing would fit because there's not much room either side. The tyres in the pics are BFG g-force 275/60/15 and it was pretty tight. I now have the same size MT ET streets fitted which are a little narrower so I have a bit more clearance.
