I have a Ron Davis radiator in my Challenger with a 505" stroker and it never goes above 180. They have direct fit replacements or can custom build anything you need. I was able to use the stock fan shroud and it bolted right in. Made in the USA too. http://www.rondavisradiators.com/radgallery.htm

Options to look at. 1. price Stock or direct fit aluminum - $$$ generic aluminum - cheap 2. fabricates skills very good - aluminum ehh not so much - stock 3. electric fan or pulley fan with stock shroud pulley fan - stock electric - aluminum I tend to thinks the new aluminum radiators cool and have better flow than old, mainly due to width of actual cross tubes and airflow around them so I perfer the aluminum. finally as said they 500 will buy a direct fit aluminum with correct mounts radiator.

I'm not trying to be difficult, it comes naturally....

Hi Dennis
I was hoping at least one SB owner would post in here ,,
My big deal is that the SB radiators are not open to the are like everyone else ,, The air has to find its way threw the some what small opening in the lower side of the nose ..
But to combat the lack air flow im going more to the Aluminum.. is would dissipate the heat faster/better and this car will see around town and stoplight most of the time ,,,

I sure would like to put some miles on your car for ya. I would realy have a hard time giving it back to you though. It's been many years since I've seen a bird that was actualy just driving around. They're all in hiding now days. That saddens me.
DRIVE EM, DONT HIDE EM.
