My 74 Duster with 10" drum brakes already had the bbj a arms. Made the disk upgrade real easy.

Since it appears my answer wasn't good enough, here's another for you. The ball joints that had the BBJ stud in the SBJ housing were really expensive and not worth the expense. You're better of modding your current arms, getting factory 73+, or tubular depending on fab skill and $$$.

Rob- I can't speak for anyone else, but I found that site a little difficult to navigate. I assume that the idea is one could take a hole saw, remove the old ball joint flange, and weld in something like a TS300? I know most would shy at having that kind of work done on a UCA, but I, for one, am glad that you posted that...I'm gonna need some...
