What's the correct finish on the HP manifold heat riser valve counter weight for 1970?

engine color
I believe the manifolds were painted engine color, then it burnt off, leaving the counterweight, spring and stop painted (spring ans stop look oversprayed).

Barry, I have a 70 big block one that looks identical, but blue. The backside (spring and stop)looks as though not much effort was put into getting the paint in there, just overspray. I will get pix of the one on the low mile AAR when I get a chance.
