I read that a 68 A-Body K-Frame is the same for /6 and V8 applications. Does anybody know if there is any truth to this?

Incorrect. They are different 67 and up.

BUT IIRC, the 64?-66 A-body ones are the same. But different motor mount brackets.

Schumacher makes conversion mounts to use you /6 to mate to a small block.

And I think /6 to big block mount too?

Yep, Schumacher has all the mounts, but that isn't the only way to go........

Yes , it is possible to mount a smallblock on a /6 K , one side is the same mount smallblock and the slanty , the other side you use a V8 truck engine bracket .

How is that done? Does the truck mount go on the drivers side, and will everything else line up?
