Mike, That's the blower switch, resistor is on the heater/evap box. I have one here from a non a/c control head. looks to be the same but can't tell for sure from the angle of the picture. Can you post a straight on from the top pic?

I got real busy with a bunch of "honey-do" around the house projects and couldn't reply. I have the other end of that plug in the wiring harness but not that switch or pigtail anywhere to be found??? I need to check if it's available, you never know but I don't think I'm going to have any luck on that one.
