other arms w/ PST bushings
First off, let me compliment you on how well the turbo slant combo runs. I watched a pair of videos in hopes of gleaning from them some info on the driver's side suspension action. Being shot from the right rear and a completely 'nother car, that was no help, but I was appropriately impressed by the performance.
Anyway, were this car to present to me with the complaint you describe, the thing I would do on the rack is attempt to duplicate the symptom statically. In other words, quantify how much toe shift there is by measuring it at different ride heights, done by jacking up the nose incrementally. Since the combination of parts you describe is very common, I would not expect to see much toe change when doing this test.
This would leave as the cause something physically shifting [that shouldn't be shifting] as the car drives down the track. Possibilities to investigate:
a. Non-rubber LCA bushing that allow the LCA to move (I'm not a big fan of poly LCA bushings).
b. LCA pivot shaft hole in the K member ovalled out.
c. Steering box/pitman arm not staying put.
Hope some of this helps.

Bump steer issue. The arc that the LCA moves in combined w the arc produced by the length of the tie rod assy is different on that side. Might place something as simple as a board against the tire side about halfway up and jack it up and see how much toe change you get (one end of the board will develop a gap) as the unequal arcs pull one side (front or back) of the tire in or out and start w some C to C measuring of the tie rod assy on the offending side & compare it to the other side as somewhere one side has a different measurement than the other side.

RR, with all due respect, have you ever seen bump steer in an A body cause over one inch of toe change, and on only one side?
Down to just a blue car now.
