For a non sure grip multiply the rotation of drive shaft by 2 Make sure one tire is not spinning, chocked or on the ground

Jack 1 tire just off the ground, in neutral, put valve stem @12 O'clock, turn wheel back to 12 O'clock twice (2 revolutions) and count the driveshaft revolutions. 3&1/2 is 3:55, 3:23 is 3&1/4, 3:91 is slightly less than 4 turns and 4:10 is slightly over 4 turns and 4&1/2 turns is 4:56
