My 69 Charger has an odd steering quirk. When the wheels are pointed straight ahead, I have a total of 2 full turns to the left "lock", but to the right, only 1 1/2 turns. You can hear the pump hissing when its turned to full lock in each direction ,and there are no obstructions in the linkage/spindles. Any ideas as to why that would be happening? As Im sure all of you know, a 69 Charger isnt exactly a small car, and making a right turn into a parking spot or my driveway can be a bit of an embarassing chore.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I took a closer look at the pitman arm. I found a number cast into it that shows to be for a 73+ B-body. Am I correct in assuming the 66-72 pitman arms dont interchange with the 73-79s geometry wise?
