I would install the cam @ 103 (102 to 104) and it will be fine which Torque converter. (dodgeboy8) I would go with a 750 3310 vac sec Holley

I've got a 30 over 360 in my 'Cuda with the 284/484 Purple shaft cam, running 2.02 mildly worked heads, a M1 dual plane intake, Hedman headers, a 650 Holley DP, and I have had both 3.55 and 4.10 gears in it (4.10's are in there now). I really like the combination, and yours is very similar except for the gears, intake, and vehicle weight. I could probably get a little more performance with a Holley 750 DP, but it's strictly a street car and the 650 works fine. It worked very well with the 3.55 gears, and then really woke up with the 4.10's, so I agree that you may need more gear, but you might be OK with the lighter car and 3.23's

havent pic a stall yet thinking of 2500.
We put the turbo action tight 10" in our A motor cuda, we like it. Mancini has the best deal on it, as far as i know.

I used to run almost the same setup in a 67 Valiant- std bore 360 with speed pro flat tops, 587 heads 2.02's, 280/.474 cam, RPM manifold w/3310 750cfm holley, 727 w/stock hi stall and RMVB, 3.23 SG.
The biggest problem I had was traction, I had to roll into it and by 20-30 could go WOT with only a little spinning, If I nailed it at 50-60mph and shift to 2nd it would spin a lot too.
I don't know where the the cam was actually installed but it was on the +4 position on the spocket, I was 18 when I put the car together and didn't really care about stuff like that at the time, Good thing is I was putting the motor together at a friends house and his Dad didn't want of us to get embarassed so he usually would set up the cam's, re-curve dist's etc to make sure they run ok.

750 carb, definitely play with the accelerator pump shot (bigger shooter, I used #37) and the secondary spring if it's a vacuum secondary (go weaker, I used yellow), 3.91s, 2400 to 2600 stall minimum, install at least two degrees advanced (four deg. advanced also works very well), definitely recurve the distributor for a little more initial timing, 34 to 35 total timing.....and it'll rip.
I put together that exact combo for an acquaintance about 15 years ago for his '69 340 Dart and what a fun little car it was. His eyes were as big as saucers the first time he whacked the throttle.

That's a great cam to use. We've used it for years in many street combos and even went 12.20's with it in a 383 Road Runner.

My combo below was good for 12.80-12.90 with slicks. It's now just a street car. Very similiar specs to what you guys are talking.
1970 FE5 Duster 360/904/3.91's SOLD
1973 TB3 SpaceDuster 340/4spd/4.10's SOLD
Moparless for now but when the opportunity is right I'll have another one.
