I don't know about all that, but I have one on my sixpack and it runs great!

Since I've installed one on my car, I noticed that I don't have to screw around with it as much as before. You might want to get the adjustable plates for the outboards and the billet base for the rear carb.

I agree. My car runs great with no bogging or eractic idle issues.

I also installed the jet-able end carb metering plates....

...and the modified rear carb base plate.

I still have some fine tuning when I have the time, but for the most part it was money well spent. I started with a set of re-production Holleys and they've been great.

I also couldn't resist Promax's braided fuel line too.... It's all good.

That's a wild looking set-up!! I'm pulling single digit vacuum numbers at idle and ended up with a 3.5 PV in the present tuning.... In addition to the usual mods I also snagged the Promax fuel bowls with the sight glass for easier tuning...I tried every brand of clear sight plugs out there but they just are'nt designed to be left in the bowl for any length of time...

I have a vacuum gauge hooked up to the vacuum port behind the manifold. I am reading 14" of vacuum and using a 6.5 power valve. I talked to Mr. Sixpack(Bob K.) and he said I could bring it down to a 4.5 power valve.
