Those are really good numbers. Koffels is impressive for sure.
All the dyno sheets show 35 degrees locked out. Did the timing stay there for all the pulls? (I didnt have time to look at the videos, sorry if I missed something there) That is surprising to me. My car/motor has always liked a little more timing than that, but I guess every ignition system and balancer are a little different. Sorry if you covered this in an earlier post, do you remember where the cam is degreed in at?
I am anxious to see how it runs in your car. I bet it will be sub 9.50s for sure. Are you planning any more upgrades or changes on your car as far as headers, fuel delivery or converter?
That should be a fun ride for sure.
We really like those body lines.

Raff, I would be astounded if it comes anywhere near the ET in your sig. I'm really hoping it will get into the high 9's so don't be looking for me to challange you to a heads up race
MD, Dad and I were discussing where the next weak link might be. Hopefully I don't find anything any time soon. I have a billet drum in the trans and a blanket so I'm feeling good about that. Over the time I've had this car I've tried to build it so it would be ready for more motor when I got the money for it. All I can do at this point is hoipe for the best.

No, you didn't miss it. We didn't do either. Come to think of it, We didn't even have to tweak the 4 corner idle screws.
Thumper, here's the spacer. Black Widow Carb Spacer. Yes they have them for both the 4150 and 4500 carbs. It's a slick piece. It starts as a 4 hole then transitions to an open.
Scott wouldn't let me walk out the door with it

I hear ya...I wonder why i bother with B1 heads! j/k, Scott. Edlebrock is supposed to come out with a Perfromer RPM Xtreme head in the near future...wonder what Scott could do with those?!

Wild Bill, What oiling mods have been done to the block? Do you have Hardblock or a girdle? I look forward to seeing what it will run!! I wonder if you'll have the quickest 446" on the "moparts fastest" list?

Scott didn't want to pull it any higher becuase of the cam and springs. He didn't to float the valves. Quote:
