You can remove the steering wheel to gain acces to the ignition switch.
You will need a small punch, or stiff wire to push the locking pin in to slide the ignition switch out.
You could then change the ignition switch, or if you are parting this, or dont plan on having it stolen you can remove the small metal plate off the ignition switch and drop out all the pins and springs... now any mopar key will start it.

also if this van doesnt have a steering wheel lock, you could just hot wire it by running a wire from the battery + to the ballast resistor, and then jumping the starter.

Isn't the door key the same on that model, pull the door cylinder and take it to a lock smitha nd he car cut you a key. Another option is to drill the cylinder out from the key slot using progressively larger bits until you release the tumblers. I believe removing the wheel and pushing the pin wont release the ignition switch until the key is turned.
Thanx for yer imput, check the pick fer future reference. Once everything is out the cylider comes right out when the pin is pushed in.Didn't want to wait fer locksmith, gotta cut the grass befor my yard turns into a hay field.
