Hemi Jack - Yes, I did add the torque boxes. Car is coded for S15 hemi suspension, so I guess it could have or should have come with them.

JS29R0B - For the undercoating I used the SEM truck bed liner. can be sprayed on nice and thick (put on 2 coats) and has a very nice texture.




VERY nice job! The car and color look awesome! As for the torque boxes, I have owned several '70 340/383 4-spd 'Cudas and all were A31/A36 axle pkg cars and none were equipped with torque boxes. I believe only the U, V and R-code cars came with them. However, I have seen many Los Angeles built 340 and 383 'Cudas with just the front torque boxes.

jrwoodjoe - the part numbers for the steering column are as follows:

Ignition switch - 3747092
Bearing steering column upper - 2265656
Bearing retainer - 2925491
Key buzzer switch - 2947488
Turn signal lever - 2947953
Cylinder and key package (including door locks) - 3695555
Shaft coupling rebuild kit - 4443436
Can't find the part number for the turn signal switch - it is a 70 only part#.

Aluminum master cylinder installed. Brakes will be upgraded to 13" disks with viper calipers in the front, and 11.5" discs in the rear.
