I'll have to see if the profile of my new B/RB gasket will fit inside the stamped valve covers. AndyF I Win A Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 31,042 Oregon	Edelbrock has some really thick gaskets that should work well with stamped covers. The thinner gaskets work better with cast covers.

Coronet-R/T-Rag enthusiast C Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 212 Mid Michigan	I just use any old gasket on mine. I always tighten the bolts on the bottom of the valve cover first and then the top. They don't seem to leak that way.
