Are the factory grilles on '70 Plymouth Satellites, Road Runners and Belvederes the same? I'm building the Monogram '70 GTX kit as a Satellite and using the Road Runner kit's grille, as based on what I saw at www.hamtramck-historical.com , all three grilles appear to be the same, but maybe the small trim band around the grille's perimeter is the only difference? ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shruggy.gif) The grilles in the following two pics appear to be correct for a Road Runner (and maybe for Satellites & Belvederes, too): ![](http://i916.photobucket.com/albums/ad9/tramhl/rr-plymouthgrille.jpg) ![](http://i916.photobucket.com/albums/ad9/tramhl/rrgrille1.jpg) TIA. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beer.gif)

They are the same, but the paint is different.
Please elaborate. Color? Texture?

In the pics you posted, you can see the outer band of the grille/bezels is light textured argent, with the vertical fin areas med. textured argent. A standard Satellite/Belvedere grille is the exact opposite, outer band med. textured argent.....
Great info. Thank you both. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v630/77TradesMan/smileys/107.gif)

Satellite and belvedere also did not have plymouth off to the side,it had a red, white and blue emblem in the CENTER.Its a emblem that is about 8" long by 1 or 1 1/2".

Sorry, but SPORT satellite was the only '70 PLymouth b-body that used the red/white/blue emblem in the center of the grille.
Belv., Sat., RR all used the 'Plymouth' emblem on the left side of the grille.
