sc4400 OP mopar S Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 447 lake charles, la	I'm tired of poor sealing of the valley plate, and the oil leak that goes with it. I'm thinking of making a gasket/valley plate of .050 aluminum similar to astock steel gasket. Anyone elsr done this? How does it hold up, and any tips or pictures! RIP

23T Hemmee mopar Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 588 Franklin, TN	SC, This may not be your problem but check the pan to see if there is a hairline crack in one of the re-inforcement beads. Happened to me one time, had the manifold off 3 times before I realized it wasn't a sealing problem.
