I was running a B1 motor with a power glide, converted to BB Chrysler bolt pattern. I have a "dodge" Nascar block now, what a night mare. Who can help with this transformation, also have an after market front end, so that will help. Need to know who makes adapter ( motor plate ) so I can bolt my current trans in. Already bought fly wheel for this app.

You can get an Ultrbell from many sources. I'm assuming the NASCAR block has the same bolt pattern as a standard A engine. Maybe that is a bad assumption on my part?

Just curious, how do you think the smaller engine will behave with the glide? Won't it really soften up the launch with what I presume will be much less torque than a B1 big block?

It produced ammost 860 on dyno, dont see a problem. Hope to be turbo, sometime next year, glide should work fine.
