If you need help in the traction dept., use the softer compound, CO7. They will not last as long as the CO6's nor be quite as fast; at least that has been my experience. You do know that 30 X 9 Hoosiers come in two different circumferences, don't you?
SUPERSTOCKER, thanks im leaning towards the 06 compound, im so close to that 9 second pass with my 63 so im looking for all the help i can get.i bet 40 passes total with them is all ill get.its a heavy car. i even went to a smaller 30 x 10.5 over the 29 x 10.5w for less rolling resistence/ i heard radial slicks might get me a few more mph.

If you have problems with these tires, you either need to add air pressure or check your car...

9 out of 10, you are killing the tires in the burnout.

Radials only lasted 30 runs on my car...If you get 50-60 runs you are doing well. Once they start going away they are done...On the bright side they are worth a solid tenth in most cases.

At the first hint of smoke, it's been long enough. I run at least 20lbs and have run as much as 28lbs on a track with teeth. Again, your car must work to fully utilize these tires and track prep has to be good too. I can get at least 200 passes on a set.
