just the 3 bolts cam gear, and the bolts.
anyway I think you can say to Lunati ppl about make one bolt kind to you without extra cost really.

Complete 3-bolt timing gear set (it may be hard to match a new gear to an existing set). Any 426 Hemi timing set will work.

I read inbetween the lines on that one...he said.. "ask lunati about makeing him a single bolt cam" and "it may not cost extra if they do" but they should already have it,IIRC but he may want the 3 bolt cam for a geardrive unit so,to the OP...why do you want to go from 1 to a 3 bolt cam???

The 275DEH isnt a huge cam...a step or 2 bigger than the 60302 maybe, I don't see swaping those cams making a huge difference. Are you sure the cam is the problem?
